I bought some wires that convert a 3.5mm cable to a 2.5mm cable for my takstar pro 82s. I thought hey if I get one of those short wires. I can buy, use, and replace any plug-to-plug auxiliary cable. It didn't take long for me to realize that the dream wasn't going to come true. All the cables I bought either didn't fit my headphones or were defective. So I decided to just take some really good quality wire for them. This red cable from ABLE has a 2.5 plug to a 3.5 plug and was packaged very nicely. No kinks, the jacks have been covered with little plastic shields, and best of all, they fit my headphones perfectly! I will buy from ABLE again in the future.
