After researching what was wrong with my printer I concluded that it was a clogged printhead. Black and magenta were not printed, but were printed in cyan and yellow. I was looking for cleaning products and came across these. I was concerned if this would work because I've seen a lot of these with negative reviews. But I have to say that I had a pretty good idea that the problem was a clogged print head and made sure to be very careful at all stages. In the end I had great results but I was still pretty nervous. I think I will have to clean again but after two washes it came out black and magenta!
