The ease of setting up an account for my printing business! It was so simple I couldn't believe it at first.

The customer service team are also very helpful when things go wrong or if we have questions that aren't answered in their help section. Sometimes there can be lag time between orders being placed through our website (which takes about 10 minutes) and them appearing within vera core's system - but this isn't something i've experienced often enough to comment upon as they generally fix issues quickly once notified. We're using vera core mainly for inventory control purposes however we do occasionally place print jobs directly with customers which has been seamless too.
