I've got these spots that show up on my skin and used to have to rely only on prescription ointments to get rid of them. Now with this soap and the oil that they have, no spots! My son uses it for his eczema which helps quite a bit. The smell to me is relaxing. Some reviews say how it irritated their skin. I have not found that to be true and I have some really sensitive skin areas. Just don't let it sit on your skin for more than a few minutes if you are the type who lets it sit on your skin. I've tried other products that are similar and sold on amazon. I keep coming back to this brand because it works and its consistent and it is quality. Yes there are other brands who offer more product for the same amount but you are sacrificing the quality. I wish I could tell you how many bottle I have bought but I can't.
