It's difficult to even get at the old part and then even more difficult to remove the body of the water control valve (second thermostat). One of the screws is almost under the fuel rail. I can highly recommend the telescopic magnet. I saved money doing the repairs myself (took over 4 hours due to the hot Virginia sun and we don't have a covered garage). The part seems to have solved the daughter heater problem after replacing the front thermostat (also bought from Revain) didn't seem to cure it.
