LOVE LOVE LOVE these little sponges for reusable tampons! Buy more now! I've been using them for 4 months now (still working great) and will never go back to disposables. I no longer need cloth pads. These sponges come in a variety of sizes, making them great for different streams. Some of them are too small to use alone on hard days, but I just twist the two little ones together and the problem is solved. They're so soft you can even tell they're in! When I first got them, I soaked them in hot water with vinegar several times. After each use I wash them with hot water and Dr. Bronners, rinse with hot water, spray with peroxide, squeeze out excess liquid and air dry in a metal bowl. Soak all sponges or soak in vinegar and hot water for 30 minutes (or if I remember ;) Rinse with hot water and spread out or place in a mesh bag to air dry. Get them and you will never want anything else.
