My sister is the kind of bride who doesn't like to draw too much attention, but I still wanted her to have photos to commemorate this moment in her life. She literally told me not to take anything. No tiaras/veils, no sashes, no props and so on. She thought they would all be tasteless. I ordered it anyway, thinking worst case scenario we could return it if she didn't like it either. She thought it was really cute and wore it! She has a regular sized head and is a bit tight so I would suggest tugging the band a little to loosen it up before putting it on.
