Doesn't fit my application

Unfortunately this tool just doesn't fit the aperture filter in my 1996 Buick Roadmaster. He picked up the phone with a pair of small needle nose pliers. He carefully inserted the pliers and grabbed the tube, which pulled out without any problems. In fact, the tool is still not needed. By the way, the tool seems to be made of a fairly cheap material.
