Not sure if that's ALL the letters or not but the letter G stuck in my 2 year old daughter's ear and made a hole. The earring appears to go inwards and the design of the letter makes the back end appear to go into a crooked position and dig into the back of the ear. My daughter didn't complain, but when I realized the back was crooked and wanted to shoot at it, I saw a notch on the back of the ear. BOTH backs were in the same angular position and again this doesn't match the post on the letter - looks cute BUT NOT RECOMMENDED
