Made in China and 40% cheaper than other brands. The price was $99 with free shipping. comparable cable $150-160 at home centers. Looks well made with one piece clear molded fork ends. The outer shell is bright orange with no stripes or markings. The OD is comparable in thickness to US made 10/3 gauge power cords, so "#10 STW 3-Conductor 15A-125V -40F Cold Climate Jacket, Water and Flame Retardant" seems plausible. There is no evidence of imperfections/cuts/rips in the outer shell as one reviewer pointed out on the four cords ordered.
