I like that it is easy to use, you can create custom reports without any coding knowledge required (as long as its in Excel). You are limited by how many users/licenses do have access at once so this could be an issue if they want more than one user able too view all of their data together or something along those lines but thats why there's always other options! Definitely check out upscoop for anyone who needs simple reporting with no limitations put upon them due performance issues etc., we've used Upscopes multiple times over our lifetime here within my organization where i work now when creating monthly & quarterly financial statements which helps us make sure everything balances up before being submitted into accountants' offices - saves time from manually inputting numbers ourselves!!
