I bought this bread box after doing some research. I'm happy to report that it took about 5 minutes to assemble, the instructions are simple and the design of the box encourages you to put it together correctly. The manufacturer has also supplied it with extra screws and anchors in case you need them. Now we have a loaf of wheat bread, half a loaf of sourdough, a box of bagels, and a box of English muffins. So I'm definitely satisfied with the capacity! It's beautiful too, with a very smooth surface, and the flat top is the perfect spot for our butter plate. I love this bread box and I showed it to everyone who came haha. My only complaint is that the magnet is quite strong, requiring two hands to open the door, one on the handle and the other on the box to hold it in place. But it also means there's a great seal and the bread seems to stay fresher for longer. I highly recommend this bakery!
