Interferes with phone and can no longer use wireless charging
It sometimes cuts out my call/reception on my Galaxy 8. I hear a buzzing or can't hear clearly, have to dial a second or third time to talk on the phone. My phone is still new, 2 months old and I never had this problem until I put a magnetic pad behind my phone. So it's not what is advertised. I contacted IKOPO, they refunded my money. Customer service was excellent. I hope they have a new product that works well next time.
