I can't say enough good things about this product! I got this product because we just installed a new lock on our door and it only bolts from the top (bolt). Unfortunately, it is very easy for my little one to unlock and open the door. One day he actually opened the door and we had no idea he was outside (remember my panic attack!) and he was also able to open the door for strangers. I was about to install a chain lock out of desperation when I saw this. It really did save a life. It came with two locks which was a farmer's surprise! My son can't figure it out at all and he is a very smart 3 year old. He literally tried for twenty minutes before he said mommy it wasn't going to work. At first I only had the bottom one installed but my son quickly found that he could just push the knob to go outside so I installed the top one too and I've been comfortable ever since! Installation is as quick as tearing off the backing paper and sticking where you need it, and the hold is very strong so far. The chain lock would allow a child to open the door but not fully so it was really amazing. I highly recommend this product!
