I did not understand that you need to indicate the right or left ear, so I have the left ear and I am deaf in this ear. I contacted earmax and they responded so quickly and said they would ship the right ear very quickly and it arrived yesterday and they even sent an extra one. Headphones work great. Being deaf in my left ear and very hard of hearing in my right ear, I use a Williams pocket speaker amp to hear people speak and the headphones work just as well as a $25 mono headphone I bought a while back .
