Love love love this bag. This is perfect for what I need. It's so light it's a pleasure to carry with you. I got a lot of nice compliments on it. I expect it to last a lifetime. My only complaint is that the phone holder is dated. It didn't fit any smartphone I could think of, especially mine. Instead, I carry lipstick in this bag. That works great. The quality is what everyone said in the reviews, excellent quality. I find reviews very helpful with any purchase, especially an expensive one. UPDATE: I still love the bag, but the handle comes loose at the worst possible moment. I got out of the car and put her on my shoulder and she fell into the wet snow of the road. I was scared of a big ugly stain because who knew what was in that mess, but my daughter wiped it away almost immediately and everything was fine. My husband placed the tie on the buckle bar to prevent movement and hopefully stay closed. Once this happens, it just keeps going because the hole is being stretched. I hope my husband's idea solves the problem. If not, you'll have to sew it up, but I didn't want to do it now because it would be too obvious. I believe this is a design flaw.
