I was so excited when I ordered only to be disappointed and upset. I want my damn money back. I've attached a photo of one of the hats that came without a tie, it's useless, it's just a piece of fabric, an unfinished product. If I wanted a piece of fabric to make my own, I could just take the fabric and make it myself without spending my money on something that supposedly is already finished and ending up with an unfinished product. And you said it's regulated? No! It's not regulated. At least the ones I received are not. And you said in the description that they are. There's no way to adjust it because the damn laces are cut and I can't make it smaller or bigger. I need the seller's contact number or email address or something please anyone because I can't find it here. I only like one thing; prints. That's all. I received an unfinished product and it does not match the product description.
