I will buy it again next time I need it.

I will buy it again next time I need it! There are in fact three complete bulkheads in the kit, even stationary o-rings and air feed tubes. It was hard to figure out which o-ring was which, the included schematic booklet was inconsistent, and the pictures didn't help much. So it was difficult to deal with, but I have a set of spare parts for an Empire ax and it helped sort it all out.
