The charger is smaller than I expected which is definitely not bad. The clear plastic brackets that house the controllers squeeze the controllers just enough to hold them in place, but aren't too tight to slide them in easily. It also helps to position the controller at the right angle to the charger connector. My kids have been through multiple controllers and charging cables due to connector or cable damage due to misalignment. And no more frustration when, on the rare occasion, I sit down to play video games for a few minutes and find a dead controller. Costs less, works better and has lasted longer than the last charging station I bought at Walmart.
