Well made. We always love the adjustable waist in clothes! My daughter is 9 years old, she is slim and she really needed to tighten her waist in this skirt! We bought it for girl scouts, she is a junior. I didn't want to send it back for a smaller size because the length is perfect. It comes right to her fingertips. The pleats on the skirt hold up well even after several washes. I wash and hang them to dry.
