My daughter was given an iPad 2 from hand to hand and decided on this case. The design is beautiful! She loves it! I found it a bit tricky to set up, so you definitely need to take the time to get everything lined up correctly. The iPad had a protective screen and the case didn't fit it. The manufacturers didn't take into account the tolerance of the screen protector, which I can understand as they want a tight fit. The hard plastic case feels a bit thin. I was afraid of breaking it trying to snap it into place. The silicone case snaps on, and there are parts that fit into special holes on the hard plastic case. It definitely looks like a piece of a puzzle that requires a lot of patience! Now it seems very durable and my daughter is happy.
