It is VERY short. I am 5'6 205lbs (fairly evenly distributed) and a 40D, got an XL and it barely hits my hip bones. It isn't stretchy and no matter how much u tighten the straps they'll slip. The straps just aren't sewn in the correct spot to sit right, which can be fixed with a snip and a stitch. It gets the job done tho since my satin pajama set didn't come with a cami, and this matches well. I just wish it had some more length and a little stretch to be more comfortable and esthetically pleasing. An interesting thing I found, is that, if you don't wear a bra, the weird style scoop neck supports your boobs well if you scoop em into place.
