Military Style Wool Blanket (66 x 84) is a large blanket that can be wrapped by one person or two people sitting side by side can use one blanket. The comforter blocks cool breezes well and is most effective when the temperature is below 50 degrees (on the New England coast) when wearing layered clothing. We use a blanket for campfires and it helped us stay out a little longer when the fire wasn't enough to keep us cool. It's not a thick blanket, but so far it's been durable and useful. Remember to wash these comforters with a wool detergent (like Woolite) and you can use the washing machine on the delicate cycle and then just lay flat to dry. Also, wool has a slightly oily odor, but that's the same if you've ever worn 100% wool sweaters or jackets. This may bother some people who are not used to it.
