Review on 💄 Multi-Functional 15 Shades Colour Concealer Makeup Palette Kit with Oval Make up Brush by Christine Eads

I bought this palette from Boolevard Cosmetics in 2016 and love it for the brown undertones in my eyes. I reordered it from Vtrem in January 2021 and although it looked the same online the colors are brilliant. I don't make shiny eyes. It comes in an unmarked black box unlike Boovelards. Very disappointed. I just reordered and received old Boolevard Cosmetics on May 18, 2021. Unfortunately, it's also shiny now. I will return it as nowhere does it say they changed the formula. Also, both new ones made the brown more chocolatey than dark brown. Brushes and sponges are useless to me as the paint is hard and I apply it on my finger with some moisturizer.
