Review on Michael Kors White Ceramic ⌚ Runway Gold Glitz Watch MK5237 for Women by Clare Thoms

I love this watch it's really amazing I received the product in the expected time but I'm really disappointed not by Revain but by the seller for sending this EXPENSIVE watch without bothering to check them beforehand. I opened the box and was very excited but was very surprised to find the ceramic piece was broken and didn't even find the broken piece in the box meaning it was already broken when it was shipped. It frustrates me that the seller had the temerity not to even verify that such an expensive item was in good condition before shipping. I had no intention of leaving Revain a bad review, but after all the inconvenience this return has caused me, I have to. I wanted to return via Revain Lockers as per their instructions, I packed the item in the same box that I received it in and it met the requirement of less than 12" x 12" x 12" but than I mean When I wanted to open the locker, it was so small the package didn't fit at all, so I had to drive 10 miles from where I live for free, then had to go back through the UPS store. What was the problem with ordering this watch? Don't get me wrong the feedback is not about the watch (they are LOVELY) but about the service and customer service from Imperial Watches and Revain was a headache.
