I've been using cuff for almost two years now as my sole method of paying clients in addition to other methods like Paypal/Venmo etc...The UI has gotten better over time with more customization options available (which makes sense). They have also added some new features recently but their focus seems mostly geared towards large companies who want enterprise integration solutions instead of micro business owners looking solely for simple online payouts from an existing base account they already use elsewhere. The customer service isn't always top tier which can be frustrating if you're dealing directly wth them so make sure. The benefits include not having one vendor handle all your credit card processing needs - this saves money since each transaction costs less than $1 per month; no need for multiple merchant accounts / gateway providers when only 1 will do!
