The customer service team at Webshine was very friendly! I think they could have helped me out more easily when choosing my plan as there were several options that looked great but would require an additional monthly fee (which i didn't realize until after purchasing). It does take time because you do need someone who knows what he or shes doing - this isn’t something anyone can pick up in 1 month; so if its your first project it will be easier than trying again later down the road since most people don'r know how webshare works nor where resources are located within their network/ infrastructure etc..
