The software is very easy to understand, even for non-technical users.It's also an excellent tool for decision making in business areas such as marketing or sales management. It has many options that make it very flexible; however sometimes I feel like there are more features than necessary which makes them less accessible. But this could be my own lack of knowledge regarding how to use the program effectively. However, all things considered we've had no problems with using Xela DT. We're solving our customer service issues by having better visibility into who needs help when so they receive assistance sooner.We have been able to provide accurate data about what products customers need most, creating new leads from existing ones while increasing revenue at the same time. This helps us improve retention rates since now we can easily target those people who require additional support faster.
