Looking at this online I wasn't sure I needed a button pocket (envelope) and I wasn't sure if there was one would be able to hold all those damn cards you have to carry around these days without sticking out. When I received it and saw how beautiful the color is (I ordered Re Napa red wine) I was blown away. Although it didn't look as bright in real life as it does on screen (which varies from computer to computer), it still looked very good. I would say it looks like a deep plum. The envelope pocket fits my money perfectly, keeping it out of sight and large enough to put cash in and out easily. I've used every card holder and put a few things in the space under the holders and was able to just close the wallet with the first latch. The wallet does not pop out. With my old wallet I had to use a second latch and it looked thick and bulky in my wallet. I ordered another wallet as a gift, in ReNapa Green Coal, and it was beautiful too. I've had this wallet for two months now and I still haven't seen a broken thread or mark on it. Everything slides in and out of the pockets as it should, and the coin pocket zips open easily. Oh, the wallet is wrapped like a noble present. I was impressed by how well they took care of the packaging of this reasonably priced wallet. To me, this shows that the company cares about its customers and values our business.
