Eye brush only - the rest don't shed well

You get a decent selection of brushes for the price. But a large powder brush and a slanted brush for applying Contour Blush are utter nonsense. I threw them away after a week. They didn't shed well and weren't soft. They were also MUCH less dense than I would like my facial brushes to be. A palette knife foundation brush is fine if you use this brush to apply, but I prefer an embossing or buffing brush, so I don't use the one in the kit. So basically the only brushes I use are eyeshadow/liner brushes and they're pretty good for the money. You get a brush with a blending sponge, a fluffy blending brush, an eyeshadow brush, a thick stiff-bristled eyeliner brush, a spoolie brush, a comb and brush combo, a lip liner brush, a tiny brush that says it's for Concealer is, but I use it for my browbones and a thin little brush for the eyeliner. If you are buying this for eye brushes then this is a good buy. They don't shed and do their job well. If you are looking for face brushes I would recommend one of the Real Technique brushes or the Eco Tool Kabuki set. Both are affordable and much better than these.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
