I have a Canon T5 and it works great. When purchasing, understand that all functions are manual. If you need automatic adjustments, this lens is not for you. Despite this, the image comes out sharp and the background is well shaded when the aperture is set to f/1.8. It comes with a lens cap and a rear cap. Aesthetically, the lens looks like it has been spray painted. looks like it's still wet. It fits the Canon T5 snugly, but there's no mark or dot on it, so you just need to know where it fits best.
