Easy to use and efficient.
I found the gel easy to use and effective. I already have a set of mouthguards that my dentist made specifically for my teeth, so be aware that you will need to provide a mouthguard to keep the gel in place while it whitens your teeth. Good results for me. My teeth are not badly discolored, but I drink a lot of tea and coffee. I plan on using an injection every month to keep it whiter between dental visits.
