Very handy, I hardly know what it is. The battery lasts more than 5 days and the phone will inform you when it is empty. Charges in a few hours via micro USB. The most interesting thing for me is the sleep cycle - it divides time into light and deep sleep and "wake". Not entirely clear how, but no less interesting. I'm not sure if this will make your life better, but it will give you interesting information about what you're doing and then you can decide if you like what you're doing and what you should be doing with it - for example, I'm probably walking more walking the dog, how the number of steps is recorded (not sure if this is accurate, but the relative numbers are probably correct), and it's good to exceed 10,000 a day :) Nice toy. Useful but not critical. Updates from Sony make it even better.
