customer service was very good. But you have to pay the postage for return. The engraving inside is barely visible. Isn't the key point to alert the paramedics in an emergency? The bracelet was quite large in diameter. So you either have to tighten it all the way so you can't loosen it without help, or leave it very loose and then it will fall off. Because of this fit issue, it hurt my wrist very badly many times. The bracelet is very strong, heavy metal. I'm sure if you never wanted to take it off and wanted it to fit snugly around your wrist it would have served the purpose. But I had to be able to take it off and put it on easily. You can't do it yourself. So absolutely not suitable for my purposes. It looks good as a decoration so I tried to make it work. Unfortunately for me it was an unsafe product.
