I purchased this Jeanie massager on February 22nd, 2017 and right out of the box it seemed underpowered compared to the same brand device as my chiropractor but I kept it. I use it from time to time because I really needed a massager that worked. Now when I use it, every time I use it for just a few minutes, the device gets very hot and smells like burning, and it fills the room with an unpleasant odor that clings to my hands when I'm working with this massager . Tonight the massager really started smoking! I've logged into my Amazon Prime account to see if I can return it for a replacement but it says my return window is closed =/ I know Genie has a one year warranty on all products so ask me if i can have this seller { CORE PRODUCTS INTERNATIONAL} contact me to solve this problem as soon as possible. I just read another review that said their Jeanie Rub body massager did indeed catch fire and they posted pictures of the burned device from this seller. Please contact me to solve this problem as soon as possible. I'll update when I have an answer. If you don't see the update, the seller didn't reply to me.
