Review on 🚗 Enhanced Car Audio Crossover BX55 with Remote Subwoofer Control by BOSS Audio by Chris Goldsby

I liked the layout of this crossover and the performance was just what I was looking for. The price also fell. Unfortunately, the device does not meet the design specifications. According to the manufacturer, this device should have a filter slope of 12 dB/oct. to have. I measured all the filters and the subwoofer channels meet that criteria (my measurements showed 11dB/octave, close enough). The high pass filters for the front and rear channels were only measured at 7dB/octave (essentially a first order 6dB/octave filter). Not good enough for my desired use. going back.
