Anyone can replace them, it's very easy. The wiring harness is difficult to connect if you have never operated electrical relays. My lightbulb socket is broken, not a problem since I have LEDs, but there are a few things to consider. Installation: 1. Remove the headlights, each side should have 1 pin and 4 bolts.2. Remove your old fog lights, I use a flat head screwdriver to spread the sides apart to pry them off then pry them out.3. Remove the plastic insert at the bottom where your old fog lights were. Needle nose pliers work great. Prepare new ones, remove the plastic and make sure the plastic insert is straight. Insert them carefully. Do not force them in, they should not apply much pressure, make sure the insert clicks and the two sides lock securely.6. Plug in and test your lamps. If your car does not have standard wiring, you need to run your own, you can use the wiring provided with a switch. You can try to find a video on the internet or find a friend who knows how to operate electronic lines. Personally I had to bypass the series wiring a while back, it messed up my LEDs, I fitted a relay using 9006 wire harnesses as you normally would and for the switch I ran that wire into the fuse tap and connected it to my Headlight fuse connected. There is no separate switch for this, but when I have my headlights on, they are on. And no cables go through the firewall.
