I've had the bracelet for a little over a month and I think the trimming is wearing off. My chronic shoulder pain has lessened after years of torturing and trying different 'medications'. The bracelet is very nice and a bit big. My wrist is 5 1/2" and I had to "stretch" this product to keep it from falling off. The magnets you see in the picture are the only ones you see (3 on each side). So if you're after one If you are looking for a real magnetic bracelet I would keep looking but if you are looking for a good everyday bracelet that doesn't look like a magnetic bracelet then this will do.
