Review on TINSKY by James Yarbrough

Because of TINSKY, I had a terrible time at work.

As the owner of a modest enterprise, I place a high value on having an adequate supply of office equipment and supplies. TINSKY is an online retailer that I just made an order with because of their extensive selection of office goods, school supplies, educational materials, and arts and crafts. Unfortunately, my interactions with this firm were not positive. The low quality of their wares was the first thing I observed. The file folders, staplers, and paper clips I ordered were all cheaply made and broke after only a few usage. The stapler constantly jammed and the paper clips were rusted. It was a hassle and a waste of money to have to find a new supplier to get replacements. Both the quality and functionality of the products fell far short of my expectations. The filing cabinets couldn't contain regular folders, and the stapler only stapled a few sheets at a time. Because of this, I had a more difficult time than necessary at work, and I had to put in extra time and effort to find suitable substitutes. Even worse, I never heard back from TINSKY's support staff when I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund. I felt disappointed and unheard after making numerous phone calls and emails to them with no response. Overall, I had a terrible time with TINSKY. Their low-quality goods and unhelpful customer support had a detrimental effect on my company's bottom line. If you need office supplies, I highly recommend not going via this vendor.
