So here's the thing. I know this may be rare these days but this company cares about their customers and what they think of their products! I originally posted the review below and gave it 2 stars, but I have to give them credit. Today I came home and to my surprise they sent me a new 4klawz hairbrush and 2 cologne balms! I never asked for a replacement or anything like that. These guys do really good stuff. As I said in my original review, I love this comb and now they get the 5 stars they deserve for the new brush and 10 stars for the service! Thank you and keep it up! I will definitely recommend your company and products and now you get my business! I REALLY want to love this comb, but the craftsmanship just won't let me! The idea is great, but the quality is not. Right out of the box, one of the little combs attached to the sides broke in the middle and lifted up on one side. I think this could be one of the coolest combs if it weren't for the quality issues. I definitely expected to get a better product. Without the flaws I would have given 5 stars without hesitation. I have used the balm 2 times and it has a lovely clean scent. Everything seems fine.
