Please note the size table! Based on the measurements in the chart, I bought a coat that was large for my bichon. I exchanged it for a size Small and it fits well. The coat is easy to pull over the head and has an integrated harness, which I really like. I have put a new coat on my dog several times (when the weather dropped below 30 degrees and when it rained). When I got the coat I thought maybe he doesn't like it but he doesn't seem to notice at all. The coat is made of a nice waterproof fabric that resembles a ski jacket. It's light (thin) but still keeps my dog warm. The belly is cut high so he can go about his business without getting his coat dirty. The harness clip is surprisingly strong as it withstands my dog's constant tugging on the leash. I would have given this product 5 stars but had to deduct due to the misleading size chart. Luckily the seller (Grooming-Pet Supplies) quickly exchanged the item. Now that I have the coat I found it at Revain from another seller for $6 less than what I paid. Grrr. In general, the purchase is very satisfied.
