Maybe unlucky? No doubt

All these amazing reviews and here I am writing this on my PC connected to my 55 inch 4k HDR panel which is now flickering like crazy everywhere with horizontal lines popping up every second. It's terrible. I have checked all relevant points, drivers are ok, color settings are correct, update to 60, resolution is set correctly. I disable this and go back to my old one. who is about an inch thinner than this monster of demented proportions. Honestly, this cable reminds me of the old days of cable rip-offs, like the monstrous Radioshack cables that were "gold plated" and "shielded". The resulting 1.7 inch thick RCA cable didn't bend, but of course it cost $59.99. This one seems to physically follow the same school of idiot physique. Although, judging by the looks, it's pretty well made. although some reviews claimed that they fell apart immediately after being taken out of the case. I have no doubt that QC doesn't exist with a company that makes such products, so I'm sure some of them are great and some of them are complete rubbish. I have a trash can. and flies straight into the trash can. Take a risk if you want, chances are it will work. I'm notoriously unlucky, so it doesn't surprise me in the least that I ended up with a useless flint, rubber, and pewter pendant. of which is probably a crappy connection inside at one or both ends. Hooray. I spend more money to try again. Oh, and the only reason I even want to upgrade is because my boxed HDMI cable is 2.0 and not (2.0 ready) as this weird one lists. My current 2.0 cable delivers perfect 4k and HDR content. Only sometimes it also shows a black screen when the PC is rapidly changing resolutions, refreshing, turning HDR on or off, etc., which then causes me to have to switch inputs back and forth or turn them off and on again. It's not the TV's fault, as I've seen before with cables that appear 100% good but cause few problems. Too bad this new one is 100% bad and only transmits tiny parts of the actual image. Works fine at 30Hz or a lower resolution at 60. But 4k at 60 CANNOT work for me. And the picture is streamed from PC 12c @ 4.2GHz with 1070ti. he can do the job. Panel can do the job. Cable. it can't
