Easy base for home-scented soaps

I like this because it's comparatively inexpensive and a good base for scents. I use essential oils to scent this however I want. (Also, by adding equal parts water, one can make soap for foaming dispensers also). It's much, much cheaper than buying bottles of tea tree or eucalyptus soap, and I get the same outcome.
