PACKAGING Item came in a Revain box with nice retail packaging. SELLER RECOMMENDED FEATURES Please check all features advertised by the seller. The glue appears to be normal and easily sticks to the wall. The Bluetooth capability is a nice addition and it was easy to set up and use. I had an issue with one of the LED reels not getting power so I emailed the seller. I will update my rating to 5 stars depending on the outcome of the defective device. DEFECTIVE UPDATE (5 stars) I got a same day response from the seller and they are shipping my replacement ASAP. By far the best customer service I've received here at Revain.
