Got two cables today and connected one of them to my hard drive and hooray!?!? No energy. I tried a different cable and my hard drive booted right away and both read and write speeds are decent. Edit: So I got an email from customer support after I left said post here and just as I was about to leave it as one of the cables out of two is working. I received an email from a very friendly and professional representative asking me about my cable situation and I ended up being offered one of two options. Either get two more cables from them for free or refund what I paid to my debit card. I know these things happen in the cable world but I didn't expect such a pleasant and professional experience from their customer service representative and so I'm updating this review accordingly as I'm grateful and happy to see a company that cares customers and wants to do everything right when something goes wrong. These days it's almost impossible to get in touch with even half the companies that sell stuff and once you buy something they say goodbye and it was nice to see that the company reached out to me and offered to fix it. It's a good deal if you ask me. So if you buy anything from this company, do so knowing that if anything goes wrong, they will be happy to fix it! Thanks for the good experience!
