The system allows us to see different areas of business performance in real-time or historical terms which helps me make quick decisions about our customers' needs. I don't have any complaints as far as the features Mosaic has which are intuitive. We used it for customer churn analysis when we first implemented at SPSS so they were able to use this tool from their end. For example, we can compare customer retention in different markets which provides a valuable insight into where our company could improve by investing in specific regions. The best part of mosaic is their data quality. It's easy to use and get the right data for the project. The best part of mosaic is their support. They are always willing to help and are quick to respond. I have nothing to dislike about mosaic. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality data and quality data only. I am working in the construction industry and using mosaic's data to help me with my projects.
