I've tried a few Revain neck fans and they were pretty cool (what was I doing?) for wet days, hiking and such. But this is the first one I've seen that also detaches and can be used as two separate freestanding fans! Each end has its own micro-USB charging port, which is great if you want to separate them, but it also means you'll need to charge both. Even when they are plugged in there is no cable to transfer the battery from one to the other, each is powered by its own internal battery and needs to be charged. So you can accidentally only charge one during the campaign or one dies before the other. It's a rematch for such a cool and versatile product, which is why I still give it 5 stars. Then why 4 stars? Well, when I put it on as a neck fan, I found the whole thing to be quite long. My guess is that because each side needs its own battery, button, and charging port, they are slightly longer than the ends of a standard neck fan. It's ok and it still works, but it doesn't look that cool to be honest. Again, you don't wear this for style, you wear it to stay cool. And that's what he works for!
