Not Worth $60: Toddler and Toddler Toys
I definitely wouldn't pay $60 for it as the box was torn open when it arrived and the toy itself was made of cheap wooden material. You will definitely need a screwdriver to fully tighten the screws (not specified in the instructions). Also, the wheels wobble a lot when my son walks with him. In my personal opinion it wasn't worth $60, maybe $30.
