No creams or moisturizers
I have been using this style of nursing pads for many years. These are the worst I've ever used. They literally lose their stickiness when first applied. You wake up to find that the chest pad is either completely removed or only half glued on and you spend the night trying to glue it back on. Provides a great night's sleep as you can imagine. Cheap Chinese ones are better than this brand. Do yourself a favor and pass them on!
