I would give this five stars but my problem with it is that it's not easy to hit when trying to reach for something at the bottom of a bag. But that's on the rare occasions when I need it. I have included a tape measure with my photos so you can determine the exact size of the bag. I chose mint green because it's my second favorite color (after lilac). goes well with the gray on the bag. Choose something darker if like me you live in a dusty environment. And if your daily commute is like mine, you'll quickly notice the dirt on your bag. However, a quick wipe with a damp cloth fixes this. Overall this is an aesthetic bag. I have to add that the mint green part has such a nice texture that I kept reaching for the bag to run my hand over it. Be aware that it scratches fairly easily. The bag is incredibly practical. I immediately noticed how much lighter all my things became when I put them in my bobby. The shoulder straps are adjustable and padded, and there is a small elastic band on either side of the straps to hold the coiled length of the strap. The back panel has a foam layer with a mesh cover for ventilation. I spent half a day outside in the sun and my back didn't sweat. Ergonomic design doesn't lie! It also holds its shape fairly well, but you have to be careful not to flatten the bag unnecessarily. I like the fact that it opens flat which makes it easy to organize. let's see how it holds up.
